We’ll begin with grounding herbal tea and a gentle intention-setting ritual to help you arrive fully in the present. Soothing aromatherapy will enhance the atmosphere as you’re guided into a restful state. The majority of the evening will be spent immersed in the harmonious frequencies of Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments, paired with Reiki to support energetic balance, physical healing, and emotional wellbeing.
